We accept return or refund requests within 7 days of delivery.

Approved Returns Only

All returns must be approved before shipping. Unapproved returns cannot be accepted.

Item Condition

Returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
We cannot accept worn, stained, damaged, altered, or late-returned items.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and production reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, masks, samples, or items printed accurately to your order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged / Defective Items

Misprints, defects, or damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

All orders are processed same day. Most items ship within 7–14 days, and select pieces qualify for 3–7 day expedited fulfillment.
